Client's Bill of Rights
and Customer Responsibilities

1. The client understands that draping, consisting of sheets or towels, will be
used to cover the client during the session. The only areas that will remain
uncovered are those being treated.
2. The client should expect treatment to be gentle, caring, respectful, and effectual.
3. The client agrees to treat the therapist in a respectful and professional manner.
4. The client agrees to use good personal hygiene in preparation for the treatment.
5. The therapist will explain the planned procedure in general terms and answer any
questions related to the treatment.
6. The client understands that their health is dependent upon their participation and
they are responsible for communicating to the therapist during the treatment any concerns,
questions, pains and / or changes in their condition so that treatment benefits will
be maximized.
7. The client has the right to terminate the massage or treatment at any time for any reason.
8. The client understands that the therapist has the right to terminate the massage or treatment
at any time for any reason.
9. The client has the right to be informed about the cost (fee, schedule, discounts) of the
treatment, prior to the treatment.
10. The client understands that payment is due prior to the treatment session.
11. The client can expect total confidentiality with regard to their professional interactions
with the therapist and that their health care records will be kept confidential.


Cancellation Policy:
Twenty-four hours notice, {72 hours notice for two or more hours, of treatments or package(s)}, is required for the cancellation of an appointment. If the appointment(s) is pre-paid by cash, check, credit card or gift certificate without the required notice listed above being given, then the deposit/booking fee, pre-payment and/or gift certificate is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Pre-Payments:
All first time appointments require a deposit or booking fee of $35.00 by credit card which will be applied to the client’s total cost of treatment. All treatments or packages over one hour in length require pre-payment in full.
